colour 寫ColonKnowing the tactics of the teams is a very essential step before you entering the field. Knowing them before hand helps you response to the actions or events more promptly. It makes better decisions.
Giving a caution or a dismissal to a player should be based on the action. However, I think some preventive measures might be useful for the match. In the cases shown by the video, I don't think that would happen at the very beginning of the match. It should be said that the match may be deterioated during the first half by some dangerous or careless actions first. Being a referee, I think early minor verbal warnings or some talks to players may help. Of course, if the match gesture becomes that bad, cautions or dismissals would only be the choices.
