犯規一詞的幾種說法

关于犯规与不正当行为（foul and misconduct）可以有初步的认识了，但在规则用语中还能见到几个关于犯规的说法：foul，offence，infringement，infraction，
其中规则问答中还有这么一句
：“An offence must have taken place rather than a foul.
”这要翻译起来就费劲了，所以看看大家是怎样辩别的！

A player commits an offence that, according to Law 12, must be
penalised with a direct free kick, but the ball is not in play. What decision
must the referees take?
An offence must have taken place rather than a foul. Consequently,
it will not be counted as an accumulated foul. The referees may take
disciplinary measures, depending on the nature of the offence committed.

offence应是对犯规的一个总称；——【offence: [ ə'fens ] n. 过错(攻击,令人讨厌的事物)】
而foul是一种特指（已在犯规与不正当行为做过讨论）；——【foul: [ faul ] a. 污秽的,邪恶的 v. 弄脏,妨害,污蔑】
犯规出现后的结果名词则是infringement，国内译为“违规”——【infringement: [in'frindʒmənt ]n. 违反(侵犯)】

I agree with the statements above. I recall that in Law 12 foul and abusive language was changed to offensive, insulting, and abusive language about 9 years ago. One of the reasons for the change was that the English term foul language did not translate well into other languages.

在法律角度就是先有意圖動機後做了干犯了，才有罪名來定罪！

有意圖動機
？我理解是它为一个行为的结果；
offence－－是犯规的统称；
Foul－－是犯规中的特殊类型，即10种直接任意球的行为；
唔，好像和我之前说的一样！

這個得問一下 ah sir/ 主席/ 安哥 有關累積犯規的原意，如果按 Q & A 的描述，累積犯規看來只適用於比賽在進行中的時候而不是比賽的任何時候。得由以上前輩們指教了。
