today I received a message about the disciplinary periods(from the local referees instructors/assessors test):
the referee can take disciplinary sanction in the dressing room/field
access and etc place in the stadium after the match have ended,. :smt017

in other words:from the referee come into the field of play until he leave
the location stadium(but not the field of play after the whistle ended) ,he
can take disciplinary sanction not only write a misconduct report.

you know its different with the fifa laws, I've no idea about the message's
sourse, have you heard any about this ???? :smt012

YEAH 兄，如果你將“採取紀律行動”分別理解為包括使用紅黃牌及向賽會撰寫任何紀律報告。這樣，賽會向你發出的指引是正確的，實際上要看你如果因應球員、球隊人員的行為而使用合適的處理方案就可以了。

我理解的纪律制裁（disciplinary sanction）即为给予红黄牌处罚；撰写不正当行为事件报告（misconduct report）属另外情形。
这是在本地的裁判长学习班上获得的信息；
据说，按照新的规定，比赛结束后，队员在下场后进入体育场的通道甚至在球员休息室都仍可以对他们采取纪律处罚（出示红黄牌），这使我感到疑惑，因为之前未获得任何有关的信息。
只记得国际足球理事会(IFAB)在2005年规则中增加了“裁判员在比赛终场哨响后场上发生事件，可对一些行为给予纪律制裁”——从而得出：裁判员采取纪律处罚的时间段应该为“比赛即将开始前，裁判员进入比赛场地到他吹响终场哨音离开比赛场地止”。当时的理由是纪律处罚（红黄牌）比单一的写事件报告更有效。
现在这样一个可以在比赛结束后于场地外仍可采取纪律制裁的信息，让我有些不明，是内部规定，“还是FIFA又有什么新指示……？？？
