Hey, Mr, Lab. Are you mention about the match MU vs. Che on last Sunday night? I assume is a Yes, and the corner was not in right position. And, should be signal to the referee and retake again.
我没看到比赛，只是看了一些人的观点援引并归纳一下：
一是技术细节
助理裁判解释是，他没有看到Rooney有踢球动作；
其实应该是Rooney在踢（触）球时，没有将球放定，因而可以召球回位重踢。
否则球被触及后即为比赛开始，就可认定为合理的踢球过程。
二是意识形态
从规则精神上，来判断它的值得探讨之处。
有多少防守队员意识到这个球是有效的，采取了正常情况下的破坏球方式？
基于这样一个判断，将球召回，将得到大多数人的理解。
否则，为了一个顶真的正确执行，而完全改变了比赛的基调，并非体育之意义（说的少少大
）人逢喜事精神爽……

看过了。
规则上，他是正确的；
但是，这对现场来说，显然是不能接受的，
因为，防守方显然没有认为，这是一个合格的角球。
我支持助理裁判员的判断，
如果他是敏感的发现这其中对高尚体育精神的危害！
做人不可投机！！！

Terms difference between Rolling and Kicking
colour 寫Colon其實依照球例，應該rooney 是沒有依照球例開賽，因他只是"roll" the ball.....but not "kick" the ball
此例與較早前totti 的例有不同，前例為真的把球踢出，只是極細力。但合法。
此例則不合法！
If according to The Law of the Game, difference between kicking and rolling. In my own opinion, it doesn't make any difference. Because soccer match is by using our foot to control the ball. Sometimes we can see between the international to local matches, players does using "rolling" to play the ball, including the kick-off. Is this illegal? Otherwise, next time when we are officiate the match, we might need to blow the whistle and signal to restart the match.
What I saying is to use our LAW 18, common sense to judge and under the meaning of FAIR PLAY!!!
