真的嗎? 例從何出?
When a penalty kick is being taken, and after the referee has given
the necessary signal, a team-mate of the player identifi ed to take the
kick suddenly rushes forward and takes it instead. What action does
the referee take?
The referee stops play and restarts the match with an indirect free kick
to the defending team where the infringement occurred i.e. where
the player advanced closer than 9.15m. The player is cautioned for
unsporting behaviour.

If, while a penalty kick is being taken, the ball is kicked by a team-mate of the
player who had been previously identified:
• the referees stop play, caution him for unsporting behaviour and order the
match to be restarted with an indirect free kick to the defending team, to
be taken from the penalty mark (see Law 13 – Position of free kick)

I think it is inappropriate to quote from neither 2006 Q&A nor Futsal LOTG...
It is just the reference of "idea" or "implication"of the law.
I would ask myself following questions.
- Is any kicker identified ??
- Is there any infringement before the kick of PK ??
- Is the result a goal ?

畢爾包 寫Colon我的看法是
1. 如果自2006沒有再出laws of the game的話....則ok! (因2006版已outdate, 2006後才當R 的, 就不知道了)
2. Futsal 還Futsal 的.......跟大波無關......, 無需參考Futsal 的做法! (開界外球及累積犯規等.......亦與大波不同)
3. 最重要的是跟最新LOTG執法!(因沒有像06寫明!所以......)
唔知....不代表該例不存在....
其實2006 到現在，該章球例都無修改過！只係因為巴林對烏那場比賽後，寫清寫楚左某D野。
現在只係演繹上有疑問，全因由2006 Q&A 轉至 2007 Guidelines時，該情況沒被寫進。
所以現在就算FIFA 導師都有兩個不同演繹
我問過西村，佢既做法都係咁，IFK + cautions
他的原因是球例精神是無改變過，以前做開, 沒修改都會跟住做.
大家靜待明年的訂明吧
至於Futsal嘛...
基本的球例精神與大波無別，絕不是與大波無關！
今年佢都將呢個大受討論既問題重新列出，所以根據咁既做法係絕對有依據及合理。
不過做球証, 兩個答案，就總有一面錯，所以大家都係錯，所以都係盡快要一致！
