今晚10月11日到足總出席三等裁判員的研討會，學到一些溫故知新的東西，借此主題來與本會會員但已退役足總的裁判員分享：
主題：裁判員與球賽的控制
主講：吳超覺先生
大致圍繞一個裁判員怎樣在球賽中好好的控制球賽，共有六大要點：
1)體能狀況 Fitness
2)位置與移動 Positioning & Movement
3)判滿決犯規及不檢行為Identification of Offences
4)運用裁判員的武器(裝備)
5)跟進及判決Discipline & Actions
6)信心Confidence
以上六大要點是不斷在球賽中循環使用，個別再有詳盡的分忻。

The R should consider the following circumstances in deciding whether
to apply the advantage or stop play :
- the severity of the offence : if it warrants an expulsion, the R MUST
stop play and send off the player unless there is a subsequent chance
to score a goal
