- Even if they have missed a foul they are required to identity next such offences
- If referees are serious, it help them to perform better and we also know they have tried their best.

Liverpool vs. Portsmouth
Referee 基?_上跟波很貼，投入，體能在這炎
熱的晚上仍發揮得excellent，所以吹罰后
球員仍大致 respect，因表演賽，一般之
misconduct 如12' 吹罰后樸隊球員仍kick
the ball away, 37' 及 Y card - reckless
tackle....可給9.2分 。
ARs 集中球賽進展及offside.. V good.
4th 半場換人不按指引，這環節 : 差

The advantages gave by the referee were excellent, he made a very correct decision and let the ball being played by the players as much as possible. As taught by Wong Kin Wah when I was green, a good referee should be appearanced while the players want the justice.
On the movement of the referee, he always let the ball goes first and the movement in repsect of it then. Compare with local football, it is my impression that technical challeneges are more awarded by Professional players. Therefore, it allowed the referee to let the game to play as smooth as possible. The professionalism of the players also reflected from their respect on referee's decisions while sometimes referee can explain the decision in claim manner.
The use of radio communication system can let the referees made the decision in suit as I saw the referee would make use of it by calling his decision to the Assistant Referee to follow while making some far away decisions. Also, the tackle made the Liverpool player at the first half might be announced by the First Assistant Referee as well.
The Assistant Referees were full concentration during the match. They both applied the Off-Side Law very much. With the assist of elcectronic flag, the referee had no chance to missing any single or making incorrect decisions. This is the good example of teamwork.
On the fourth official, I agree with Ahsir's point .
Although the English team shown above advantages to us. But the match conducted by Hong Kong Team was good as well. Well Done, Hong Kong Referee Team.

這位叫Ah Mark的裁判員我個人覺得其體能運用非常良好，位置極佳，有別於一般英超裁判員不進入點球區域範圍，他經常在有需要的時候經常出現點球區域內，下半場的客隊9號托利斯的滲入，他也不敢怠慢！
越位和犯規方面的得益處理非常妥當，球員非常受落，手執加訊息清楚，雙手展翼齊飛姿勢一流！
不好的地方，是一些黃牌與紅牌的分別，明明26/7授完課教導我們紅與黃的分別，但可能基於表演熱身賽，加上球員的紅黃牌是記錄入英超賽事，他出牌尺度方面有所保守，這是他稍為遜色的地方。
在他身上學到一些執法技巧：No need talk too much to player這是個人用英文表達。
以下有個人意見：
這位年輕的英超裁判的風格，本人感覺到未來一代英超裁判走的路線好像在改革，他們會做到一些英超比賽的要求也要好FIFA的指引帶進去溶化一起，這是我從Mark和Mike身上看到的！
